Providing Nutrition and Feeding Expertise:
Addressing Your Nutrition Health Concerns
Registered Dietitian Services
Parents and care providers worry about their children's nutrition: too little, too much, best options, the right approach, and how to make sure they get what they need to be healthy and develop a positive relationship with food.

Adults worry about their own nutrition. Medical issues, busy lives, conflicting food recommendations, all these make balanced healthy eating very challenging .
As Registered Dietitians we provide nutrition information you can trust. We ensure you and your family achieve your eating and food goals.

Comprehensive Feeding/Swallowing Assessment
During the initial assessment, a detailed history will be gathered including reason for the assessment, birth and medical history, and eating habits (client and family). An oral motor examination will be completed as able, as well as a clinical feeding/swallowing evaluation (watching the client eat and/or drink).
-
Feeding Therapy/Intervention
Once goals have been established, a plan will be put into place to work towards those goals. Intervention is client/family specific and frequency and amount of support can vary. Therapy sessions will typically be 30-60 minutes in length. In many instances, visits can be a combination of in-person and virtual. Sessions will involve eating/drinking (specific to the client/goals) and will include the client and caregiver(s). Strategies will be provided during the session that can be carried over to home. All strategies and recommendations are evidence-based.
