
FEES
Our clinic charges a fee for service. Our fees follow the recommendations outlined by the Ontario Psychological Association and the average fees being charged across the province. Fees for therapy are $225 per 50 minute session (+10 minutes for preparation and documentation).
Additional tasks over and above basic administrative tasks, such as consultation with school staff or another health professional, documentation/file review, are also charged at our hourly rate.
Fees for assessment range depending on the complexity and time required. Most full assessments cost an average of $3500.
Our services are not covered by OHIP; however many insurance plans cover all or part of the costs associated with seeing a registered Psychologist. The remaining, non-reimbursed fees may be claimed as a medical expense on your tax returns. Following each visit, you will receive a receipt outlining the services.
We believe everyone deserves access to funded mental health care and so we encourage you to also explore the publicly funded services in your community and inquire about joining waitlists.
